A Few Highlights, and Many Lowlights, During America's "Peaceful Transition of Power"
It’s Inauguration Day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. (See my thoughts on the ongoing injustice related to Dr. King’s death at the link.)
The inauguration was moved indoors, reportedly due to cold weather. Mark Steyn et. al. suggest security had more to do with the move indoors.
